WeatherVibe is built to help you check weather conditions and discover nearby places that fit the day. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the controls you have.

WeatherVibe processes your approximate or precise location on your device so it can show local weather and relevant nearby places. We also process app settings you choose, like preferred units. We do not collect account profiles, contact lists, photos, or messages.

Location data is used only to deliver core app features: current weather, forecast updates, and place recommendations that match weather conditions. Location access is requested through iOS permissions and can be changed any time in device settings.

WeatherVibe does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not build advertising profiles, sell personal information, or share your data with data brokers.

5. Data Storage and Retention

WeatherVibe is designed to keep sensitive usage context on your device whenever possible. Any temporary request data needed to deliver weather or places is minimized and retained only as long as necessary for reliability, security, and service operations.

To provide weather and place results, WeatherVibe may rely on trusted infrastructure and data providers (for example, weather and mapping services). Those providers process only the minimum information required to return results, subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information during transmission and processing. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to reduce risk and improve protections.

WeatherVibe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
